Convenient parking is available at the University's 19th Avenue and 21st Avenue parking ramps; you must pay a fee to park in these ramps. Four handicapped parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis, adjacent to the main public entrance to Ted Mann Concert Hall. Thomas Theodore Comes, Saint Paul native and one of America’s most famous architects, designed Saint Thomas More Catholic Church. The dedication stone was laid by Archbishop Michael Dowling on the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1925. The church is a notable example of “Romanesque Revival” architecture, which thrived throughout Europe and North America from 1889 to 1930.
