Convenient parking is available at the University's 19th Avenue and 21st Avenue parking ramps; you must pay a fee to park in these ramps. Four handicapped parking spaces are available on a first come, first served basis, adjacent to the main public entrance to Ted Mann Concert Hall. The Ordway currently contains the 1,900 seat Music Theater; two large rehearsal halls, and magnificent lobbies on each floor, including the second floor Marzitelli Foyer, a spacious, two story lobby encircled by a glass facade. In the spring of 2015, construction of a new 1,100 seat Concert Hall was completed.
